A consultation can serve as a simple roadmap, to help
guide you through your own redesign, or as a starting
point to outline a contract for ongoing work.
Best as a starting point, or for those who feel condifent tackling things on their own once they have a reference list of ideas!

follow up document with design outline.

Team Work Makes the Dream Work
$1,500 - $3000 Flat Fee Based on Space
Don't want the giant expense of having someone else do everything, but not entirely confident making it happen on your own, even with a consultation reference document? Enter the Team Package! A one time flat fee, assessed in advance based on the size and degree of work required. So you know what you're in for!
For the duration of the design period (typically 6-12 weeks), you can think of me as the design best friend you'd ask questions, whom you can bounce your ideas or uncertainties off, and is in it with you!
This includes: A "style check" initial consultation, including follow up document. Unlimited access to questions and selection verification by e-mail over defined design period. A site visit part way through to help assemble, make sure everything is coming together well, and help make any necessary adjustments. A third and final site visit once everything is in to perfectly bring it together, doing a final stage and helping you get it all in place!

Renter Investment Package
$45/hr, Sliding Scale Available
For those who want to invest in their home in a way that is affordable, won't upset the landlords, or which they can primarily take with them when they go.
This may include interior decorating services, private shopper services, temporary or small renovations, guided DIY projects, and hands on time helping you get it done, or getting it done for you if you'd prefer.

Remodeling Plans
$75/hr Sliding Scale Available
For when it's time for a more permanent change.
These can be as detailed or paired down as you need, covering renovations of any scale, in any space. Such services may include, but are not limited to, conceptual planning, all necessary technical drawings, sourcing finishes, and final staging.
Comprehensive Design Packages
Typically from the ground up, covering as much or little of a brand new space as you would like.
May include conceptual plans, digital rendering of completed space, all necessary drafting + detailed drawings, sourcing + specifying finishes, as well as Building Code verification. Final staging optional.
